Dear Friends,
You’re warmly invited to this week’s free Qigong class for Self-Healing and Balance, held Sundays at 1:00 PM ET. No experience is needed - just a quiet space, your breath, and an open heart.
The ancient art of movement for health and balance is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners! Join in from your own home to work these deeply relaxing and immune-building exercises and self massages that enhance our balance and health, bringing clarity, openness and flow in body and mind.
